Each time this had happened all my mechanics say it has to do something with my circuit control relay (aka the fuel pump relay which is not really called fuel pump relay which is located under my glove compartment). Where is the fuel relay switch to a 1998 400gs Lexus,l tried everything a fuel pump a crank sensor, new battery will not turn completely over sound like it is out of gas!
